The tincture is meant for things which you would like not to get oily. The tincture is not made in a commercial kitchen and is therefore not intended for consumption. The talisman and tincture can be used to help inspire drive, prompt an increase in energy, and help in competitions/success in competition (though do not use for legal matters).
