I have a right to refuse to offer services to anyone for whatever reason and I do not need to explain my reason.


Refunds will be given for purchases within 48 hours of buying. I usually begin working on formatting the PDF or start shortly after that and can thus not guarantee refunds for the budget readings. You are welcome to request a refund if something has changed, but I will not guarantee it. This applies to products and budget readings.


I will not provide refunds for any services I have provided. The reading you receive is the "product" and if I provide refunds it means I provide my services free of cost.

You can cancel an appointment up to one week before your appointment. You can reschedule up to 24 hours in advance. If you do not make your appointment and it is less than 24 hours, you will be charged a 50% rescheduling fee or you forfeit your appointment. I do not provide refunds for no-show appointments. My time is hella limited as a disabled person.


There are a few topics I will not read about:

• Medical issues: I will not diagnose or read about the outcome of a health issue. I am open to providing a reading that asks questions like "What can I do to improve my connection to my body?" or "How can I help bring ease to my mind?" or "How can I add more self-care to my life?" or “What do my spirits need me to focus on for my health?”

• Legal issue outcomes. I will read for guidance in handling it from a spiritual pov and I will help with it via spellwork but I do not assume responsibility for any spellwork or guidance I provide regarding legal issues. I am not trained in legal matters and thus will only navigate it from a spiritual pov.

• Pregnancy questions will be allowed with some stipulations:

  • I will answer questions about what you can do to prepare should a child arrive.

  • I will answer questions about whether children may be in your future but will not specify how it will happen or when. Occasionally some insights come through and if my guides and your spirit team is alright with it, I will share.

  • I will not tell you whether or not you should have a child. But I will tell you what you can address within your life to help make you more prepared or I can address relationship dynamics. But beyond that, the decision to have a child is deeply personal and should be decided by the parties involved and not by the cards wholly.
    

I do not do medical astrology readings meaning I won’t share what type of diagnoses you may have, etc but I will tell you if it is a time period or year when you need to take care of your body or when you’re prone to accidents.

Payment is due upon purchase or booking. I do, however, offer sliding scale. My system allows a deposit of 50% to hold your appointment spot. If cost is an issue, you can reach out and we can discuss it further to see if we can find a solution.


Any information I collect will not be shared and will only be used for payment processing or to provide services (for example, when I collect birth details, I only use it to input into my astrology software to draw up your chart).
